Growing up a 3rd generation dairy farmer of Dutch immigrants, Amy’s passion for all things Agriculture started early. She, along with her husband Jeff own and operate Winterbay Farms, a 160 KG Dairy Farm in PEI. 

Farming is a lifestyle and Amy is involved in all aspects of it. Whether it’s managing the books, milking cows or sitting on local boards, she’s entrenched in the Maritime Ag Community.

For seventeen years, Amy balanced her time between the farm, and working as a high performing agricultural banker, earning multiple top Sales Awards for Eastern Canada. 

She credits her banking experience for making her a better manager at home, and her farming knowledge for making her a better partner to her clients.

Joining Marleen at All Farms Realty was a natural next step for Amy. As a Realtor®, she leverages her strong network in agriculture, her love of farming and her banking experience to a real estate experience that covers all the bases.

Marleen became a Realtor® in 2000.  Over the years she developed a diverse range of expertise in Agricultural Real Estate; earning credentials in Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.  Her highly successful career can be credited to having built lifelong relationships with clients from all over the world, who describe her as a savvy negotiator who is honest, and down-to-earth. 

Marleen immigrated into Canada many years ago and she understands the changes, adjustments and challenges a big move involves. She utilizes that experience to help her clients navigate through the immigration process to understand local customs and to become part of a community.  Marleen’s transition into Canada was rather seamless because of the open nature and welcoming attitude of the Canadian people she met.

When’s she’s not cycling across beautiful PEI, Marleen can be found flipping homes. For the past 15 years she’s spent her spare time seeing the potential in properties. Marleen enjoys every step of the process, from ripping apart a house, to customizing an entire new floorplan, to selecting the most tasteful finishes and the final step…reselling for top dollar!

Marleen’s firmly believes that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. She couldn’t imagine working in anything but Ag Real Estate!
