750,000 kgs of annual broiler chicken quota, approximately 12% of PEI’s provincial allocation

-This farm is selling as a share purchase
-Sellers will subdivide the land at their own expense prior to close.
-The Sellers will provide Legal Right of Way for shared driveway
-The Sellers own another Poultry farm of +/- 750,000 kg’s on neighbouring PID
-Buyers shall have First Right of Refusal at fair market value, providing the Seller’s children are not interested in farming by age of 25, respectively.
-The Sellers are willing to enter into a lease/management agreement on their remaining poultry farm (located next door), at terms and conditions mutually agreed by both parties.
-The Sellers will provide shared access to power and backup generator
-The farm has a Buyers contract with Eden Valley Poultry Inc. (Expiring: May 31, 2032).
-The 2025 barn is under construction and will be completed at Seller’s expense prior to close.
-The Seller owns shares in Atlantic Poultry Inc.; these are not included in the purchase price.
-All measurements are approximate and can be verified by the Buyers if deemed important prior to close.
